Easter Island - Rapa Nui

Few places in the world generate as much fascination as Easter Island. This small piece of land in the middle of the Pacific, halfway between Polynesia and Chile, is one of the most remote of any continent. The island conceals a real archaeological treasure made up of large stone statues: the moai. The origin and history of its settlement are still partly unknown, some mysteries remain.
