Rapa Nui National Park

The Rapa Nui National Park, created in 1966, covers more than 43% of the total area of the island. It includes the main archaeological sites where you can observe the Moaïs (more than 800!). The park was recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1995. To visit the sites, it is compulsory to pay the general entrance fee of US$ 80 (adult foreigner rate in 2020).
