Arica

The city of "Eternal Spring" as the Chileans like to call, it is the northernmost city of Chile, right on the border with Peru. It is one of the starting points to the neighboring countries, Bolivia and Peru, but also to stay in the Lauca Park or to discover the Surire Salt Flat.
