day 1: Arrival to Santiago
Arrival of your international flight. Welcome to Chile!

day 2: Flight between Santiago and Calama / Visit of the Valle de la Luna / Overnight in San Pedro de Atacama

We will go to the Valley of the Moon and Death, located 16 km from San Pedro de Atacama.

Less than 1 km away, you can already see the landscape change with the appearance of the Salt Cordillera, formed 22 million years ago.

Then we arrive at the Valley of the Moon, one of the best preserved and most exotic sanctuaries in the region. Visit of the statues "las tres Marias".
You will enjoy a nice long walk and a beautiful sunset, before returning to San Pedro de Atacama.

day 3: Visit to the Salar de Atacama and the altiplanic lagoons
In the morning. You will visit the Salar de Atacama, where you can see layers of salt produced by the evaporation of underground salt water. You will also see the Chaxa Lagoon inhabited by beautiful animals such as flamingos .

You will head towards the town of Toconao, an abundant "freshwater oasis" and fruit trees.

Then you will pass to Socaire (3,250 m), Miñiques and the Miscanti Lagoons, (at 4,000 m) which were formed 1 million years ago with the eruption of the Miñiques volcano.

Return to Pedro de Atacama.

day 4: Morning at leisure and and discovery of the Cejas and Tebenquinche Lagoons
Free morning in San Pedro de Atacama.

Lunch at leisure.

Departure around 4pm. Located in the northern part of the Salar, Where a great natural spectacle is located, the Lake of Cejar with emerald green water and on the edges of salt crystals, it is possible to swim and even float on these waters rich in salt and minerals such as lithium.

Going south of Cejar you find the Tebenquinche lagoon, similar to the Chaxa lagoon, but with more vegetation around. You will also enjoy a beautiful view of the Andes mountain range.

Return to San Pedro de Atacama.

day 5: Visit of the Tatio Geysers and transfer to Calama and flight to Santiago
Departure early in the morning to reach the Tatio Geysers, which are located at 4320 m above sea level and from which one can observe an impressive spectacle with the emergence of violent steam jets at 85º.

You will enjoy the view of a superb sunrise, surrounded by 40 geysers, 60 hot springs and 70 fumaroles.

Breakfast and bath in the thermal waters (at 30º), under the warmth of the first rays of sunshine in a unique natural setting, allowing us to observe not only the landscape but also wild animals such as Vicuña and Viscachas (Andean rongeur).

You will take the road back to San Pedro de Atacama passing by Machuca, a small picturesque village populated by Atacameño pastoralists. You will have the opportunity to taste some excellent empanadas and sopaipillas.

day 6: Santiago / Puerto Montt / Chiloé
Flight from Santiago de Chile to Puerto Montt (about 1h45 flight time).

Transfer by private service from Puerto Montt airport. You will cross the Chacao Canal to Chiloé by ferry.

Arrival in Castro.

day 7: Historical Ancud - Penguin Colony
North of the Puñihuil bay is this natural monument, the only place in the world where Humboldt and Magellan penguins nest side by side.

You will embark on a boat that will take you to the islets where, for half an hour, you will observe the two species of penguins, but also other animals, such as 4 species of cormorants, pelicans, Kelp goose (carangues) and, on occasion, the sea otter.

After this navigation, you will disembark for the lunch in a local restaurant where you will be able to taste the products of the Chilean countryside and the sea.

After lunch, drive to Ancud, which was once the capital of Chiloé, to visit its fort and the "Foundation of Friends of the Churches of Chiloé" which plays an important role in the restoration and dissemination of these World Heritage monuments.

day 8: Heritage Churches of Chiloé, Dalcahue and Quinchao Island
In the morning, you leave Castro for Dalcahue, where you will visit its church, a World Heritage Site dating back to 1858. Visit his wool and basketry craft market.

You will take a ferry to Quinchao Island. The first stop will be the town of Curaco de Velez, with its beautiful, well-preserved houses and where you will taste its famous oysters.

Arrival to the town of Achao, with one of the most beautiful churches you can see in Chiloé and the oldest in the region. Visit the church and the village.

In the afternoon, return to Castro.

Steps: The island of Chiloé Dalcahue Quinchao island
day 9: Walk to Pointe Pirulil, the Bridge of Souls
To the south of Chiloé National Park is Punta Pirulil, a place mainly occupied by natives.

The adventure begins in the Cucao sector, you will travel south to the Rahue sector, where you will visit a couple of locals, great fossil collectors and experts of these remote places.

Then you will go to Punta Pirulil in search of the "Muelle de las Almas", the port of souls. According to legend, when physical body dies, the soul of the defunct settles on this pier to ask to be transported. A ship with white sails then approaches and the captain asks for two coins, in exchange for leading the soul to the afterlife......
This is our place of break where you can also observe the majesty of the Pacific Ocean, a great quantity of birds and if you are lucky, you can watch whales.

day 11: Grey Glacier Discovery Cruise
Transfer to the Lago Gray Hotel located in Torres del Paine National Park, and you go to the boat to start the trip to the Grey Glacier, a must-see excursion.

This tour allows you to enjoy an incomparable landscape of floating icebergs, lush vegetation and imposing mountains. From the hotel, you arrive in a few minutes to the Pingo River where you cross its bridge and go through a native forest.

After 1 hour and 15 minutes of navigation you will be at the foot of the Grey glacier. You will be able to appreciate at a very short distance all the beauty and the extent of the ice walls of more than 30 meters that the glacier offers as a show. Admire this thousand-year-old mass of ice while tasting a Pisco Sour.

Upon your return, you will have free time for lunch at the Lago Gray Hotel (lunch not included), then back to the city of Puerto Natales.

Steps: Chilean Patagonia Glacier Grey Parc national Torres del Paine
day 12: Trekking Base Las Torres
To start departure towards the Laguna Amarga objective in the Torres del Paine National Park, located 129 km from the city. Then you will continue to the Hotel Las Torres, from where you will start your hike which will last between 7 and 8 hours round trip to the Mirador de las Torres.

You will walk through the Ascencio Valley until you reach the El Chileno hut (2 hours), always accompanied by the Ascencio River on the right. After a rest at the El Chileno hut, you will continue the last 2 hours of ascent through a stony moraine that will lead you directly to the viewpoint.

Picnic on the spot.

After enjoying the view, descent through the El Chileno camp until you reach the Las Torres hotel and then back to Puerto Natales.

Transfer to the bus terminal, then travel by bus from Puerto Natale to Punta Arenas.
